Become An Agency

The United Fund of Surry provides leadership, resources and financial support to Nonprofits possessing a 501(c) 3 tax designation that align with the UFOS mission. If your organization is interested in becoming a member agency, click here for more information.

Applications for Membership are accepted anytime. Applications for funding will be available March 1, 2024.

All Agency’s must submit both an application and Agency Contact Information Form by noon on March 31.2024.

Agency Application have closed for the 2025 Funding Cycle.
